All products are made to order. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll review the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the item when contacting us.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the issue has been confirmed.
Each item is produced individually as part of a made-to-order process.
